Moving an Application to Enrollment

To move an application to enrollment, you need to complete the following steps.

1. Log in to your GaVS account.

2. Click on Manage Applications on the left side task menu.

3. Select the correct semester in which you want to manage applications.

4. Click on the application queue in the first column where action is required.

5. Ready To Enroll

Applications in this queue are complete, and ready for you to finalize. You can select all applications at the same time or select individual applications to move to enrollment. Doing this finalizes the application process, and guarantees the student a slot in the course. A student who has an enrollment complete application will gain access to Student Orientation Course when it opens for the upcoming semester, or will gain immediate access if the semester is already open.
