Courses Requiring Software Release
Posted by Margaret Thomas on 03 March 2015 08:47 AM

Some GaVS courses require a software release to be signed during the application process because materials will be shipped to the student. The software release is an agreement between GaVS and the student that materials which are to be returned to GaVS will be returned by the student prior to a final grade being released. The student may also update a shipping address when the release is signed.

The GaVS courses that require a software release to be signed are listed below.

AP Biology

AP Chemistry

AP Environmental Science

AP Latin

AP Music Theory

AP Physics II

AP Spanish

AP Statistics

Note: Students taking the B portion of a course the spring semester after taking the A portion of the course in fall DO NOT have to ship materials back. If the student is enrollment complete in the B portion of the course, the final grade for the A portion of the course will be released.
