Jigsaw Troubleshooting

System Requirements: To join a session, you may do so from a web browser with no additional downloads. Suggested browsers are listed below. We recommend the most current versions of browsers for optimal performance. You may test your computer and the necessary settings by selecting Test My Computer (link: https://support.jigsawinteractive.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026447014-J5-Test-My-Computer)

Suggested Web Browsers

  • Google Chrome version 75 or higher
  • Mozilla Firefox version 67 or higher
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Internet Explorer
  • Safari

To use Jigsaw, the operating systems need to be as follows:

  • Windows: 8 – newer
  • MacOS: Mavericks – newer
  • Chrome OS: Chromebook

Tablets

  • Android
  • 7” screen size or larger
  • OS 7.0 or newer
  • iPad
  • iOs 12.2. or newer
  • Browser: Safari

How to Refresh your Browser's Cache: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/ Sometimes, your browser remembers things incorrectly and will give you trouble. You can try clearing your cache by going to this site and selecting the browser you are using.
