Paying for a Course (Student Account)

Making a Payment for a GaVS Course via the Student Account

(Note: Payments can be made through the student or parent account. To view directions for making payment via the parent account, click HERE.)

  1. Log in to the student account.
  2. Click on Payments and Refunds on the left task bar.

    3. Select the course(s) for which you want to make payment by clicking the check boxes.

    4. Check that you agree to the withdrawal and refund policy. Click to Pay for the Course.

    5. Enter your billing address and credit card information. (Note you leave the GaVS website to make payment within CyberSource).

    6. Your receipt will be displayed on the screen once complete. Please print a copy for your records.

    7. Log out of the student account.

    8. The GaVS facilitator must now move the application to enrollment complete in order to complete the entire application process.
